New Community Connection!

October 13, 2021

Daisy Chain Book Co. wants to give us free books! Brandi Morpurgo is the owner of Daisy Chain Book Co. and a former foster parent with a heart for foster kids and the families we support. She is driven to provide kids with uplifting reading material with the hope that they will find comfort between the pages of a book and become lifelong readers.

What is the Book Donation Project?

Brandi Morpurgo from Daisy Chain Book Co. and Jo-Ann Klapstein from Crossroads, with 100 donated books. (September 1st 2021)

When kids in the Daisy Chain Young Readers program read a book, Brandi donates a new book to Crossroads. Caffiend (a coffee shop partnered with Daisy Chain Co.) is also raising money through their own in-store project to go towards purchasing books that will be donated to Crossroads. So far, Daisy Chain Book Co. has donated over one hundred books!

Discounts for Crossroads Families

Daisy Chain Book Co. is offering a 20% discount on books to Crossroads families. Just ask your support worker for your Crossroads confirmation letter and show in store! We will include our new books in our upcoming foster family recognition project.
