Annette Thiessen

Business Operations Manager

Annette has been an integral part of Crossroads Family Services since 2002. She oversees our human resource needs as well as anything to do with office equipment and information technology. She also manages all the ‘paper’ in the office – personnel, child and family files, accreditation compliance, monthly regional reports, training program, accounting billing and collections, etc. 

Extras:

  • Annette has highly-developed organizational skills and is always looking for ways to streamline our procedures so staff and families can focus on those they serve.
  • Annette is a calm, logical person who considers the facts before acting, which makes her excellent to have around in times of crisis.
  • Annette loves to be busy and in the outdoors – she also runs an Equine Business on her farm.
