Brooke started with Crossroads as a house staff at Kinnect House, in our Intensive program stream of Solutions Intervention Program. Since then, she stepped up into a Keyworker role, finished her degree in Applied Psychology, and was then promoted again into the role of Team Lead for the Kinnect House.
Brooke has experience working with high-risk elementary kids. At Crossroads, Brooke has demonstrated her commitment to helping kids, always trying to understand their perspective, and collaborative planning.
Brooke has a passion for balancing a healthy lifestyle. You can often find her cooking new recipes in the kitchen or working out. From the gym to the mountains she is always up for an adventure. Brooke would like to one day specialize in Nutritional Psychology and apply it to her work with youth and families.
Brooke loves to interact with youth on their level, from sensory bins to playing sports or videos game. She believes collaboration and inclusion is an important aspect of connecting with the youth.
