Personalized Community Foster Care
Open Your Heart and Home to Children and Youth with High Support Needs in Edmonton

Personalized Community Foster Care (PCC) is a specialized foster care model that matches children and youth with complex needs with a trained family setting, rather than a group home. It is evidence-based, family-centred, and built on the belief that every child thrives with the right support.
Unlike traditional foster care, PCC caregivers receive specialized therapeutic training, ongoing clinical support, and higher levels of agency involvement to help children heal and grow in a stable home environment. This program meets Alberta’s standards for PCC foster care and is designed for caregivers who are ready to go beyond the basics.
We are currently recruiting Personalized Community Foster Caregivers in and around the Edmonton region, including Leduc, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Fort Saskatchewan, and more.
If you have experience fostering, working with high needs kids, or supporting youth in a group home setting, this could be the right next step for you. Join one of our free, no-obligation online info sessions to learn more.
