Stefani joined Family Solutions Group in 2015 as a new graduate of the Bachelor of Communication Studies program at MacEwan University. Although originally brought on in the marketing department, Stefani quickly discovered a love for writing foster care home studies for Crossroads Family Services.
In 2020, she was brought into the world of foster care full-time as Crossroads’ Recruitment and Home Study Coordinator, overseeing the foster care application and home study process from start to finish. Stefani feels so lucky to chat with people every day about the amazing privilege of being a foster parent. She is deeply passionate about educating potential foster parents and preparing families to nurture great kids!
In her free time, Stefani enjoys making jewelry and watching hockey. She is owned by two high-maintenance cats and seventeen low-maintenance house plants.
